My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were quite good and comfortable, although the recreation facilities being in a separate admin building made it hard to access, especially in winter. On the downside, there was no washer and dryer available on-site.

The location quickly grew on me despite the outdated appearance because it was clean. Being part of the Marriott vacation club, I appreciated the proximity to the ski lodge at Lionshead in Vail, CO. Meeting family friends and spending several enjoyable days together added to the experience.
